A BETTER WAY TO INSTALL CASCADING OR DISAPPEARING WATERFALLS
Step 1:
Layout appropriate matrix and pump canyon configuration.
Spray the outline with paint.
Step 2:
Excavate the basin to the required size and depth.
Step 3:
Install the Underliner
Step 3a:
Install the rubber liner
Step 3b:
Install underliner again on top of the liner.
This protects the liner from damage from rocks,
matrix, and other debris.
Step 4:
Install pump canyon and matrix boxes.
Step 5:
Lay hose and install pump.
Step 6:
Backfill the basin and cover with rock.
Step 7:
Build the waterfall and the stream.
Step 7a:
Rocks and gravel are added to the waterfall and stream.
Step 8:
Use black foam to hold the smaller rocks in place.
Step 9:
Add your finishing touches to your disappearing waterfall.
You can add plants, precision place decorative stones,
add lighting - this is where you really get to be creative!
Step 9a:
Continued finishing touches.
Step 10:
Fill with water and plug in! Congratulations!
Your disappearing water feature is complete and ready
for years of enjoyment.
