8400VFX (Single Phase) 2 hp floating aerating fountain is great for larger ponds. The classic Kasco "V" fountain pattern, 8' tall x 32' wide gives this model a beautiful eye-catching display. A larger motor and enhanced propeller design gives the 8400VFX & 2.3VFX 2.5 times the water flow as the 4400VFX. It is engineered to add maximum oxygen to improve your pond or lake aeration. It assists in improving your water quality as well as adding to the aesthetic appeal of your pond. It is available in a 240V, Single Phase & 208/240V, 3 Phase 60Hz models. The 8400VFX is supplied with a state-of-the-art GFCB protected control panel, model C-85. The panel includes a timer for the fountain, timer for the optional light kit, Class A Human Rated GFCI protection, hard wire terminal block, surge protection, all in a thermoplastic NEMA 3r/4x rated enclosure. Ask a licensed electrician to install the C-85 control and fountain hook up. Add an optional LR-375 Low Voltage Light Kit to the 8400VFX to extend its beauty into the nighttime. Lighting enlivens the water display, turning water drops into glimmering jewels of light while creating a resort-like appearance with the overall water feature. The LR-375 Low Voltage Light Kit includes three machined-bronze light fixtures each with 75 watt MR-16 Halogen lamps. The lighting kit & transformer is integrated into the system, so there is no extra wiring required. Simply plug it into the C-85 Control Panel and the lights will operate whenever the unit operates during darkness. Three clear MR-16 lamps are included with each kit. As an option, you can choose any or all of the optional colors of Red, Green, Blue & Yellow. 2 sets of LR375 lights can be added for more dramatic displays. The 8400VFX has an innovative float design with a low profile in the water for enhanced appearance, plus an attractive decorative shape. The fountain does not come with the lights. They can be purchased separately.
