Airmax SW20 1/4 Acre Pond Aeration Systems provide multiple plates to provide evenly distributed aeration in shallow water applications. Designed specifically for use in shallow water, Airmax SW20 1/4 Acre Pond Aeration Systems aerate ponds up to 1/4 surface acre at 6 ft. deep.
The use of an aeration system can eliminate several problems with your pond. As the air bubbles (and water) rise from the bottom of the pond, the pond water will turn over, helping to maintain proper oxygen levels through the pond. This slow circulation will eliminate thermoclines preventing deadly zones of low oxygen. In the winter, aeration can eliminate the buildup of toxins from decaying vegetation by keeping an opening in the ice for gas exchange.
SW20 includes 2 ProAir self weighted diffuser plates, standard SilentAir composite cabinet with cooling fan, high efficiency diaphragm SilentAir compressor with double maniford assembly, 100' or 200' EasySet self-weighted 3/8 airline.
